By accessing or using Sampurna Store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders & delivery
Orders are accepted at our discretion based on stock availability and delivery feasibility. Delivery is currently limited to Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur). The delivery target is 1–2 business days.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery (COD) at v1. Online payment will be added in a later release. Prices are shown in NPR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & returns
You may cancel an order from the order page while its status is Placed or Packed. After dispatch, please contact us. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Hygiene-related items may be excluded.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Reviews
Reviews you submit may be edited for length or removed if they violate applicable laws or contain hateful content. By submitting a review you grant Sampurna Store a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
